Signature service includes six hours of completely customizable coordination. Choose the timeframe that works best for you that will allow us to help you the most. Whether that's taking care of morning vendor arrival and set-up, ceremony organization, or reception coordination, we'll work together to designate tasks to take off your plate so you can enjoy the most important moments of your big day.
all day
All Day service includes ten hours of completely customizable coordination. We'll be with you all day to ensure every aspect runs smoothly, from morning coffee runs to the last champagne toast. We'll meet and collaborate to develop a timeline that details all the moving pieces from start to finish so your day goes exactly as you've planned it.
weekend
Weekend service includes coordination support for your entire wedding weekend. Whether you're hosting a welcome party or a post-wedding brunch, or if you need an extra hand at your rehearsal, this multi-day service allows for customized coordination for multiple events during your wedding weekend.

Each Soirée service will include a consultation, timeline design, and day-of coordination for designated hours. Travel costs are included if your location is within a two hour drive of Boston, MA. If your location requires further travel, we can discuss travel costs and potential overnight accommodations. Don't hesitate to get in touch if your event is six months away or even just two weeks away - we'll see what we can do!
